Dr Zac Elmaghawry brings a distinguished executive background in business management, compliance, risk analysis, investigations, and operational leadership. Holding advanced academic qualifications in law, business, and management, he specialises in establishing robust governance frameworks, leading complex due diligence initiatives, and driving operational excellence across diverse sectors.
Dr Ehab Elghobary contributes over four decades of experience in finance, banking, investment, and real estate. He holds a PhD in financial, business, and management disciplines and has extensive expertise in structuring sophisticated financial instruments, including SBLCs, and managing high-level investment strategies. He maintains ownership and operational interests in financial and investment companies across the UAE, USA, Egypt, UK, Japan, and other global jurisdictions.
Mohamed Zaytoun brings over 30 years of technical expertise as a geologist across mining, oil and gas, and industrial processing sectors. His experience spans resource exploration, extraction, refinery operations, and processing technologies, supporting the development and optimisation of complex resource-based projects. His technical insight strengthens EMM’s capabilities across commodities, energy, and industrial operations.

Dr Elghobary has established and maintains significant ownership and operational interests in a diverse portfolio of financial and investment companies spanning the United Arab Emirates, United States, Egypt, United Kingdom, Japan, and other international jurisdictions. Mohamed Zaytoun

Mohamed Zaytoun is a co-founder of EMM, bringing over 30 years of extensive technical experience across mining, oil and gas, and industrial processing sectors. As a qualified geologist, he offers deep expertise in resource exploration, extraction, and the operational dynamics of complex energy and mineral projects.
Throughout his career, Mr Zaytoun has been actively involved in refinery operations, processing technologies, and the development of resource-based projects, contributing to efficient production and sustainable resource management. His strong technical background and practical industry knowledge support EMM’s capabilities in commodities, energy, and resource-focused investments.
